Genevieve Andrews
Elementary ELA & Math
I live in St. Augustine, FL. I have three children: Wesley in 10th grade, Penelope in 6th grade, and Mirabelle in 2nd grade. My husband David and I have been married for 24 years. We also have a wonderful old chocolate Labrador named Autumn. We moved to Florida in October of 2021 and are loving life here.
I previously taught 4th grade for 5 years in California until we moved to Florida. I was a Guest Teacher for St. Johns County School District and taught in classrooms from PreK to 8th grade since 2023. Then, in December 2024, I accepted a full-time 5th-grade teaching position. I have a full teaching credential in California and Florida. I graduated from CSU Sacramento with a major in Child Development and then completed a teaching credential program at CSU Fresno. Before this, I taught at a school for children with Autism.
I am a Girl Scout troop leader for both of my girls. My children are also involved in football, lacrosse, cheerleading, and piano. I love baking, puzzles, watching movies, and having adventures with my family.
