Who is Ideal Homeschool for?
Ideal Homeschool is built for homeschool families across the country who want clearer planning, practical support, and a calmer school year. Co-ops and organizations can join the Referral Program.
How do I get started?
For Elite, answer a short questionnaire and schedule a 30-minute virtual Success Call with Sarah to review your goals. For à la carte courses and services, browse the Shop and purchase directly. Schedule a free Success Call or visit the Shop.
Can I enroll directly online?
Elite begins with a free Success Call so Sarah can confirm fit before sending enrollment next steps. Shop items — Ideal core courses, the Entrepreneurship Life Elective, and Monthly Parent Check-In — can be purchased directly at idealhomeschool.com/shop.
How do payments work?
Elite payment begins only after a Success Call. Shop purchases are paid at checkout. Scholarship paths differ: Step Up families reserve funds in the marketplace (EMA), while AAA families pay Ideal Homeschool and submit our invoice through AAA. See Scholarships, our Step Up guide, and our AAA guide.
What happens on the Homeschool Success Call?
Sarah reviews your questionnaire answers, asks follow-up questions about your children, learning environment, and goals, walks through program options, and helps you decide next steps. There is no pressure to enroll on the call — the goal is clarity.

What is the difference between Elite and the Shop?
Elite is Ideal Homeschool's full family program — individualized planning, weekly* family check-ins (with built-in break weeks), Ideal Courses and LIFE electives, portfolio guidance, Homeschool Hotline Support, and year-round support through end-of-year evaluations. The Shop offers à la carte access to Ideal core courses, the Entrepreneurship Life Elective, and Monthly Parent Check-In without Elite membership. Learn about Elite or browse the Shop.
Where is the Ideal Homeschool community?
Community connection happens through our Facebook group and the member portal. Elite families also receive direct support from Sarah through weekly* check-ins from August 10, 2026 through May 21, 2027, pausing for fall break, Thanksgiving, Christmas break, and spring break.
Do Elite weekly check-ins happen every week of the year?
Most weeks from August 10, 2026 through May 21, 2027, yes. Check-ins pause for Fall break (October 4–9, 2026), Thanksgiving (November 23–27, 2026), Christmas break (December 18, 2026–January 3, 2027), and Spring break (March 15–19, 2027). Can I add Shop items after joining Elite?
Elite already includes Ideal Courses and LIFE electives. Shop items are for families who want à la carte access without the full program. Talk with Sarah during a check-in or Success Call if you are unsure which path fits.

Do you provide the actual curriculum?
Ideal Homeschool helps you choose and plan curriculum — we do not ship a single boxed curriculum to every family. The goal is to match each student with materials that fit their learning style, goals, and your family rhythm rather than forcing one standard path.
Can you help with portfolios, transcripts, and end-of-year evaluations?
Yes. Portfolio planning, progress documentation, transcript guidance, end-of-year assessments, and evaluation preparation are core parts of the Elite program. Shop purchasers receive course access but not individualized portfolio or evaluation planning.
Do you support students with exceptional learning needs?
Yes. Sarah has experience advocating for students through Exceptional Student Education and provides ESE assessment review, individualized planning, and ongoing support in the Elite program.
What is the IDEAL framework?
IDEAL stands for Integration, Differentiation, Essential Life Skills, Authentic Application, and Learning. It is the backbone of every program — art integrated into core subjects, individualized planning, real-world application, life skills, and end-of-year documentation. Learn more about our approach.

Is Ideal Homeschool only for Florida families?
No. Families across the country can enroll in Elite or purchase from the Shop. Sarah is a Florida Certified Professional Educator and understands Florida homeschool requirements well, but the programs are designed to support homeschool families wherever they are.
Do you accept scholarships?
Yes. We work with Florida Step Up For Students (PEP & UA) as an approved Choice Navigator Provider, and with families who have an active AAA Scholarship Foundation award. What is the Partnership Program?
Partnership enrollments are paused for now. Existing partners remain in our directory. Co-ops and homeschool organizations are welcome to join our Referral Program and earn a flat $100 when a referred family enrolls in Elite. Learn more.

How does the referral program work?
Approved referrers earn a flat $100 when a referred family enrolls in Elite and completes their first paid month. We send that thank-you by Venmo, PayPal, ACH, or check. Family pricing is set with Sarah on the Success Call — there is no automatic discount. Shop purchases do not qualify. Apply to the referral program for full details.
What is your refund policy?
Because Ideal Homeschool provides consulting, planning, and digital resources, payments are generally non-refundable once services or program access have been delivered. See our full Refund Policy for details.
